I have already written about the types of psychic senses, types of clairvoyance, how to develop clairvoyance, clairaudience & how to develop it, claircognizance & how to develop it. Today I will write about the psychic sense of feeling – Clairsentience & how to develop it.
What is Clairsentience?
It is simply “clear feeling”. Most of us have some degree of clairsentience. Have you ever had butterflies in your stomach? Ever had this gut feeling that something lovely was going to happen? Or something bad? Have you had your hair stand up in response to an unknown danger you sensed? Or have you felt a headache when you were with someone, only to realize that person had a headache and you were sensing that? These are all examples of clairsentience.
You can get clairsentient information through physical sensations – eg: hair standing up on your body in response to a feeling of unknown danger, or through a gut feeling – eg: a sinking feeling in your stomach telling you something is not going right, or a happy jumpy feeling of excitement in your gut, just knowing something good is about to happen, or through empathy: eg: when you get a headache around someone who has a headache, or you feel the emotions of someone else like they are your own emotions. Ways to Develop Clairsentience:
1. Practice practice practice: When you are with someone you know, ask them if you have their permission to practice clairsentience on them. What you are asking is, do you have the permission to tune into them, and feel how they are feeling emotionally or physically? Then tell them what you sense. There might be times you will be wrong, but keep practicing. With practice you will see a huge improvement.
2. Psychometry: Hold old things that you know nothing about – eg something in an antique store, and tune into the feelings you get about that object – where it has been, the feelings and emotions it has witnessed. However, you cannot confirm it. So again, ask people you know, if you can practice, and hold something of theirs that they have worn for a long time, like a wedding ring, and then tune into the feelings you receive. The objects we wear for a long enough time absorb our energies and feelings. Then tell the owner of the object what information and feelings you are receiving. Ask them how correct you are. In the beginning, you might get wrong answers too, but once again, practice. With practice this will improve greatly.
3. Funnel in your solar plexus: Imagine a huge funnel, mouth facing outwards in your solar plexus region, and when you enter a room, try to imagine that funnel collecting all information about the energy in that room or place. This exercise makes your clairsentience skills very powerful.
4. Chakra Meditation: The more regularly you practice this, the clearer your chakras will be, the healthier, happier, and more successful you will be…and the more psychic you will be! Each chakra is a powerful energy center in your body, and the solar plexus especially is about clairsentience. So the clearer your chakras, the easier you receive information.

I liked it very much. I am an Indigo adult but also believe I have aspergers also. I’m in between jobs now and energy has been low. Very depressed and stuck. I am constantly around negative people and it’s killing my soul literally. I feel everyone’s feelings and it can be quite unbearable. I try to keep myself protected but seems like I’m not doing it right. Idk. Lonely confused and trying to figure out what I am really suppose to do. I know angels are involved and crystal babies .not sure how to get there. Thank you so much.
