Anxiety happens when you think you have to figure out everything all at once. Breathe. You’re strong. You got this. Take it day by day.

Was life always this crazy? I don’t think so. When I look back at my childhood and the time when my parents were in their 30’s & 40’s, things were so different. My kids are living in a frantic pace just like us. There is hardly any time to relax and chill with family and friends. And for some reason this “I’m so busy” life is glorified. The busier you are, the more glorified.
But are you really? Am I? Is anyone more glorified, more useful, better in anyway just because we have filled our lives with empty busyness?

We really need to simplify our lives. We need less things. And we need less “busyness”.
I am sensitive and empathic, and even if I simplify my life I feel the energy around me, and it gives me anxiety.
Two ways I deal with anxiety are:
- Meditation. Yes. I know you have heard this many times. Boring as it sounds, it works. Doing 2 minutes meditation with eyes closed and focusing on your breath helps. Do several of these throughout the day and you will feel a difference.
- EFT Tapping to relieve anxiety helps a lot. Here is a video by Brad Yates to help with anxiety. Tap along with him and feel the difference.
